So far working as intended, the tens electrical stimulation is low and you need to use gel conductors or water base cream to feel it. Led red light works
When I first put it on it did not work, but then I realized I am to have water on a facial cream in the area I am treating (under the eyes) and it worked! I started off putting it on Mode 3 (highest Mode). When you turn it on it is already on Mode 1 so I pushed the ” + ” twice until it was on MODE 3. I put it on and immediately it started to work. It does not hurt but it will catch you off guard. Definitely can feel the difference. This product is definitely worth it and great value. I would recommend it to others. I understand it will take a month to see dramatic results. I have been using it for 3 days now and worth it.
